4) Virtual Currency & Purchases

• Virtual currency/items are licensed to you, not sold, and have no cash value.
• No redemption, withdrawal, or exchange for real money or anything of real-world value.
• Prices, availability, and balances may change; we may grant, adjust, or remove virtual items to maintain fair play and system integrity.

5) Acceptable Use

• No cheating, bots, exploits, reverse engineering, or interference with the Services.
• No harassment, illegal content, or infringement of others’ rights.
• No buying/selling/transferring accounts or virtual items outside the Services.

6) Intellectual Property

The Services, software, artwork, and content are owned by NeonReels Social Casino LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

8) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEONREELS SOCIAL CASINO LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR VIRTUAL CURRENCY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9) Dispute Resolution (US)

Before filing a claim, email contact@skylinespinmarket.com with a description of the issue and your requested resolution; we will try to resolve informally. If not resolved, you and we agree to binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act on an individual basis (no class actions), except either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing the address above with “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account identifier.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violations. Upon termination, your license ends and virtual items may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where preempted by the Federal Arbitration Act.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
